How to use PSE/PRE/PEPE 10 disc box for your machine?

Issue:Many a time’s users are confused about how to PSE/PRE/PEPE 10 disc box. PSE/PRE disc box contains three discs whereas PEPE disc box contains five discs. Depending upon your OS and OS architecture, there is a specific disc you need to select from this box.

Please note that following solution is for PSE10 but the same will imply for future releases as well.

Solution:

Following is the disc box details for PSE/PRE/PEPE 10 box.

PSE 10 disc box: 

This box consists of three different discs. The usage details of these discs are-

Disc #	Disc Title	OS	Description of Disc
Disc # 1	PSE10 Windows  + PRE10 Windows (Trial)	All supported Windows 32 bit (x86) versions	On Windows x86 machine: This disk will enable user to install PSE10 (serial mode) on his machine as well as PRE10 (trial mode). On Windows x64 machine: This disk will enable the user to install PSE10 (serial mode) only. If user selects the option for installing PRE10 (trial mode) then the system will throw message saying “Please insert Disc 2”.
Disc # 2	PRE trial windows.	All supported Windows 64 bit (x64) versions	This disc is used when a user is trying to install PSE10 (x86, serial mode) with PRE10 (x64, trial) on x64 machine.
Disc # 3	MAC App disc	All supported Mac versions.	Using this disc user can install- : 1.      PSE10 (serial) 2.      PRE10 (Trial)

 

PRE10 disc box: This box also consists of three different discs. The details of these discs are similar to that of PSE10 box. The only difference is that this box installs PRE10 in serialized mode and PSE10 in trial mode.

PEPE10 disc box: 

This box consists of five discs. The usage details of these discs are-

Disc #	Disc Title	OS	Description of Disc
Disc # 1	PSE10 Windows + PRE10 Windows (serial)	All supported Windows 32 bit (x86) versions	On Windows 32 bit machine: This disk enables user to install PSE10 (serial mode) as well as PRE10 (serial mode). On Windows 64 bit machine: This disk enables user to install PSE10 only. If user selects the option for installing PRE10 (serial  mode) then the system will through message saying “Please insert Disc 2”
Disc # 2	PRE10 Windows	All supported Windows 64 bit (x64) versions	This disc is used when a user is trying to install PSE10 (x86, serial mode) with PRE10 (x64, serial mode) on x64 machine.
Disc # 3	MAC App disc	All supported Mac versions.	Using this disc user can install- : 1.      PSE10 (serial). 2.      PRE10 (serial)
Disc # 4*	PRE10 Win Content	All supported Windows (both x86 and x64) versions.	Contents
Disc # 5*	PRE10 MAC content.	All supported Mac versions.	Content
